This challenging Cert IV online training course is aimed at developing these competencies for frontline business managers and other management personnel through a range of practical and theoretical learning modules.
The Certificate IV in Frontline Management qualification requires the completion of ten modules or units online including developing work priorities; monitoring a safe workplace; implement continuous improvement; implement workplace information system; coordinate implementation of customer service strategies; write complex documents; promote team effectiveness; show leadership in the workplace; implement operational plan; make a presentation.

Frontline Management Training investment and Government Funding
Government funding is available for Cert 4 Frontline Management training courses. Online Training Network has two payment choices as follows:
1. Upfront payment of the entire course fees. This attracts a 5% discount, reducing the total upfront fee to $3325. 2. An upfront enrolment fee of $500, and 10 monthly installments of $300. Total course fee is $3500.

Federal Government funding of $4000 is available to employers for Cert 4 Frontline Management training for employees. This funding is payable in two installments – $1500 after 3 months and $2500 upon course completion. Employers providing Online Learning for employees through Online Training Network will only pay a maximum of $3500, however, upon course completion, you will have received $4000 per employee from the government to cover the cost of training. Government funding is available throughout the states of NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, ACT.
